variety of long, groomed cruisers as well as super-steep mogul studded free falls! Sunshine Village, located about 30 minutes from town, is a bit larger at 3358 acres full of long cruisers full of natural snow!

Lake Louise, located 45 minutes from town is the largest at 4200 acres and Canada’s single largest ski resort. We stayed at Banff and Lake Louise and skied both areas. That's the way to go! Each area is fabulous and unique. Lake Louise has some of the best and most interesting runs I've ever been on. Banff is unlike any other resort you will visit, in that there is NO slopeside lodging. All lodging is located 5 to 40 minutes from the slopes depending upon which of the 3 areas you want to ski.
